You have to start realizing how you think about food. You should begin thinking about food as nourishment as opposed to something you gobble up.</p>
<p>Eat with others whenever possible. Eating with other people has numerous social and emotional benefits, particularly for children, and allows you to model healthy eating habits. Eating in front of the TV or computer often leads to mindless overeating.</p>
<p>Take time to chew your food and enjoy mealtimes. Chew your food slowly, savoring every bite. We tend to rush though our meals, forgetting to actually taste the flavors and feel the textures of what is in our mouths. Reconnect with the joy of eating.</p>
<p>Listening to your body is just as important. Often times you may think you're hungry, but it could just be boredom. The best way to overcome this is by drinking water, because it is possible that the body is thirsty. Then again, when you do eat you should stop before you feel full. You see, I struggled for years pushing myself to the max with crunches and sit ups whilst really not getting anywhere at all! I was so confused that I still had my layer of belly fat even though I was doing all those abs exercises!</p>
<p>That's when I happened to be reading an article on a six pack abs site which explained why just doing exercises won't get you a six pack. At first I was angry and pretended to myself that it wasn't true. But the more I read the more sense it made and the more I realized that even though I had been doing it wrong all that time, I could make up for it now.</p>
<p>You see, the reason why abs workouts aren't effective by themselves, is because they don't help you to get rid of your stomach fat.Which means all they are doing is increasing your muscle underneath your fat. And of course you fat is hiding all your gains. So try as you might, you won't be able to get the benefits that you want.</p>
<p>When your body begins to get rid of all that fat that's on your stomach, you will start seeing your ab muscles. And this is without having to do any abdominal workouts whatsoever.</p>
<p>So the first thing you need to do is go ahead and start eating a diet which will help you burn your fat. This should include foods which you actually like eating and are also healthy. And before you say that such foods don't exist, let me ask you a question? Have you tried every food in the world? NO. And I'm telling you if you set yourself a mission to test out loads of different healthy foods you'll find some that you get addicted to.</p>
<p>By just testing out lots of different health foods I came across loads that I just loved! It was really unexpected because at first I was forcing myself to try and eat a healthy diet and then suddenly I began really enjoying healthy stuff. And to think that in the past I would only eat takeaways and fast food!</p>
<p>Since then I've lost my weight and got the six pack that I always wanted. And I did it all by eating a good diet and then later doing some cardio and abs exercises. So if you want to get the body that you've always wanted, then make sure that you start eating healthy foods right away.</p>
<p>If you want to get a six pack even faster, you should do a bit of cardio training as well. This is not as important as a solid eating plan, but it can help you get a six pack faster.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The following workout is a really straightforward routine that overweight and fat people can perform. All you need is a training mat and your bodyweight. The workout was created by Craig Ballantyne, writer of Turbulence training.</p>
<p>Exercise 1 : Double Leg Hip Extension, 5 repetitions</p>
<p>Lay down with your back on the floor, and feet flat. Place your hands to your sides, palms down. Raise your hips up so that only your feet, hands, upper back, and head is touching the ground. Lower yourself and repeat.</p>
<p>Exercise 2 : Kneeling Pushups, 5 repetitions</p>
<p>Place your hands on the ground. Keeping your back straight, kneel down and tuck your feet behind you. Lower your body towards the ground until your chest is simply an in. off the ground. Press back up.</p>
<p>Exercise 3 : Single Leg Hip Extension, 5 repetitions</p>
<p>This is rather like the Double leg Hip Extension, excepting the undeniable fact that you will perform it with only 1 leg. Lift one leg off the ground, raise your hips off the ground. Perform 5 repetitions and repeat with the other leg.</p>
<p>Exercise 4 : Planks, 10 seconds</p>
<p>Place your forearms on the ground. Raise your body up so that your body is parallel to the floor and only your forearms and toes are touching the ground. Keep your back straight.</p>
<p>Exercise 5 : Side Planks, 10 seconds</p>
<p>This is comparable to planks, except that your doing them on your sides. In the side plank, just one forearm is resting on the floor and you hold the position facing to the side. After ten seconds, repeat on the other side.</p>

Whole body vibration has also become popular with rehabilitation clinics as a way to speed up the healing processes of injuries and also for pain management. Since vibration exercise works in a different manner than conventional exercise, the muscles react and the various other systems of the body in ways that produce many therapeutic effects and benefits.</p>
<p>Originating in the Soviet Unions Space Program, whole body vibration technology was used as a method to maintain the health and well being of their cosmonauts. While traveling in space for extended periods of time, the cosmonauts experienced significant loss of bone density and muscle mass due to the effects from lack of gravity. The Russian scientists and researchers did experiments with the cosmonauts and found the vibration exercise technology could not only prevent mineral bone loss and loss of muscle mass BUT actually were able to increase bone density and strengthen and build muscle mass. Due to this remarkable breakthrough, the Russian cosmonauts were able to stay in space for much longer periods of time without the negative effects from lack of gravity.</p>
<p>NASA and the American space program adapted vibration technology with the same impressive results as the Russians. This was spurred on by the success that the Russians found with their experiments with vibration exercise. experiments with vibration exercise. Ultimately, fitness, wellness and healthy equipment manufacturers took this opportunity and developed ways to provide these same principles of vibration technology to the general public. Because more and more companies appearing on the market today are selling whole body vibration equipment, it has created much conflicting information, therefore making it extremely difficult for the lay public and consumers to know who and what to believe, concerning WBV machines.</p>
<p>Whole body vibration machines move in different planes and depending upon which plane the vibration plate or platform (and user) moves in, will determine the type of effects on the body. Essentially, there are two general planes that whole body vibration machines move in. The first is strictly up and down (also called lineal or vertical movement) and the second is called pivotal (see-saw or teeter-totter). Some companies actually have a third way of movement which is called elliptical (more horizontal and less vertical motion).</p>
<p>The vibration platforms on WBV's are specifically calibrated to emit precise vibrations at a set amplitude (vertical displacement) and frequency (platform speed). When the user stands on the vibration plate, the vibration energy is transferred to the whole body. These vibrations generate involuntary contractions within the muscle fibers at several times per second. By adjusting either of the two variables (amplitude or frequency) you can affect the amount of times per second your muscles contract, the amount of G force exerted on your body, the degree of difficulty for stabilization, the detoxification effect, etc. Different frequencies will have different effects on our bodies. Depending on what effects you are hoping to benefit from, will determine what frequency you should run or program your machine to.</p>
<p>As a result of the vibration exercise, our bodies will adapt to the different stimuli and respond with several healthful benefits. These include: Increased bone mineral density Increased overall strength Increased flexibility Increased core strength Improved blood and lymph drainage (detoxification effect) Improved balance, stability and coordination Burn fat-weight loss Muscle relaxation Rehabilitation of injuries Joint mobilization Scar tissue healing Hormonal changes Neurological stimulation Increased mobility Decreased lower back pain Improved muscle tone</p>
<p>Most whole body vibration exercise sessions are designed for use in short sets of 15-180 seconds therefore an entire workout can consist of only 12-15 minutes actually spent on the platform (beginner). Performing these exercises three to five training sessions per week will yield incredible health and fitness benefits for users of all age groups.</p>
<p>The medical community has also embraced whole body vibration exercise as a safe therapeutic modality. Professional athletes are adding WBV exercises to their training regimens while gyms, spas and wellness clinics and even assisted living facilities have incorporated this technology into their programming and business models.</p>
<p>As discussed above, there are numerous companies in the marketplace selling whole body vibration products. Although most of the manufacturing is done overseas, there are several WBV companies that manufacture solely in the USA. WBV pricing ranges from $250-$15,000 depending upon the manufacturing standards and quality, features and the intended usage.</p>
<p>It's this author's opinion that the WBV's under $1,000 are not really worth purchasing. Buy a home treadmill, instead! An entry level lineal WBV will cost just about $1,000. An entry level oscillating WBV will cost approximately $2,000. Most of the better home-light commercial WBV's cost approximately $2,500-$3,000. Above $3,000, through $12,000, are light commercial to heavy duty commercial WBV units, usually intended for athletes, gyms, clinics or heavy traffic places that get frequent member or patient usage.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>No one has to read a study or a report to know that there are a lot of overweight or obese people in the USA and the UK. You can blame this on the food being sold or a lack of understanding, but the real bottom line is that you are the one who is putting that stuff into your mouth.</p>
<p>Most people do not think about it, but everyone has a choice whether to eat decent food or not. If you are seriously overweight, then you chose to allow yourself to get yourself into that state. No one else, you!</p>
<p>Nevertheless, there is always a way out and it is never too late. There are thousands of weight loss programs, so you should be able to find one that suits you. I made that sound easy and it should be, but people still have trouble choosing one.</p>
<p>My advice is to read the weight loss advert aloud to yourself or a friend. Does it sound like BS? Then it probably is. Dump it. The bottom line is that you can only lose weight by expending more energy than you consume. Having said that there are a couple of ways of achieving that.</p>
<p>The two basic methods are either counting calories or counting carbohydrates, that is Weight Watchers or Atkins. Start by going to their web sites and reading about their philosophies. Choose the one that suits you and stick to it.</p>
<p>One note that I would like to stress here for teens is that at your time of life your body is going through a radical change. You are metamorphosing from a child to an adult and your body is filling up with hormones, you only had a little of before.</p>
<p>Let the change finish, before you start worrying too much. You were a bug, now you are a chrysalis and soon you will be a butterfly. Just wait and your body time to sort itself out.</p>
<p>There really is not much you can do to stop what your body has to do. Spots mean that you have poisons in you and your body wants to get rid of them. Help it by not putting any more junk into it. Keep your skin clean and make sure that everything that touches your skin is clean too. Hands, hair, pillow cases, et cetera.</p>
<p>Exercise! Now is the time to ingrain an exercise routine into your way of life. Exercise raises your rate of metabolism which helps you burn calories more quickly. If you can burn calories quickly, then you can allow yourself more treats.</p>
<p>The other point about exercise is that if you do not establish a discipline for exercise when you are young, then you will find it harder when you have your next bodily change in your forties or fifties.</p>
<p>The bottom line is not to worry too much about what you look like now, you are a chrysalis. Help your body out by eating healthily and take up a sport you enjoy and stick with it.</p>

A large majority don't even try to treat the condition, and a great fraction of those who do do not ask for advice from health professionals. The reluctance to seek advice is understandable, given that constipation involves embarrassing biological functions.</p>
<p>Due to the embarrassing nature of this condition, many of the people who look for treatment try out home-based and natural therapies. An informed understanding of these remedies is needed to obviate potential dangers. In particular, it's remarked here that natural constipation treatments aren't automatically safe.</p>

It can be ground into powder form and dissolved into water for drinking. At general health stores and major pharmacies, psyllium is sold under various labels like Metamucil.</p>
<p>The flaxseed is another source of high fiber. These can be crushed like psyllium or taken whole. An additional benefit that some have reported is that consumption of flaxseed can lower cholesterol. However, such results need more confirmation and research. The oils that are extracted from flaxseed are not as palatable to most people.</p>

A physician has much more expertise and knowledge than a layman on whether a natural constipation treatment is reasonable or not. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Without a shadow of a doubt, the most frequent New Year's resolution in the West is to lose weight. However, it is also the first New Year's resolution most likely to be broken! Losing weight is not hard in theory, but practice is oh, so different. This is because it involves lifestyle changes.</p>
<p>Our bodies change as we get older and typically our level of activity decreases too. Maybe, we get an office job with a promotion, whereas we used to work 'in the field'. But people in general, do not adjust their diet to match their variation in circumstances. We sit behind our desks or in retirement and think we can still eat and drink like we did twenty years ago. Big mistake!</p>
<p>Luckily, there are dozens of diets available to help us attain our weight loss goals. There are the traditional calorie counting diets, as advocated by Weight Watchers; there are the 'new era' diets like Atkins, which have us counting carbohydrates and there are no end of fad diets which are frankly not worth wasting time talking about.</p>
<p>The choice of which diet you would like to follow is all yours, of course, but it is well worth exploring the main types of diet to see which one will agree with you. Then you must determine whether you will require the help and encouragement of a weekly visit to a club or not, or whether you can get that companionship from an online club of slimmers, where you talk to fellow slimmers in the club forum online.</p>
<p>It is also worth fixing in your mind, why you want to diet. Is it to look better? Or to feel more at ease in yourself? Or is it for health reasons? Or all three? Have a think about your reasons and let them motivate you. Whenever, you feel like packing it all in, remember your motivation. Get a book and journal your progress, but first write your motivation in bold capitals on the front page or cover. Keep it in front of you and read it out loud to yourself every day.</p>
<p>Consult some of the slimming sites online and work out a few key metrics like the average weight people are for your height, sex and body type and your BMI or body mass index. Write these figures on the first page of your book too and use them as the eventual goals.</p>
<p>You could produce a graph and plot your weekly weight to see how you are doing. Set realistic goals and targets. You can get loads of free information from the Weight Watchers and Atkins websites or / and visit your doctor for advice and leaflets.</p>
<p>Aim to shed something like 10-20 pounds in the first month and eight to ten per month after that. Go slowly and aim to go slowly, because then you will hit your targets and you won't feel like giving up. When you get within five to ten pounds of your target weight, assuming that you have lost a lot of weight, rein back a little and allow yourself a little more freedom. Drop your target to one pound a week, so that you will get a feel for 'eating normally'.</p>
<p>The dreaded exercise; you have to face it, you will have to do more exercise, but two times thirty minute walks a day is usually enough. You could swim once a week too or get an exercise machine, if you are tied to the house by family.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have hit a plateau with your weight loss and are finding it difficult to shed pounds now, you can mix things up with fifteen to thirty minutes of your time and High Intensity Interval Training. And there are several options for your HIIT session.</p>
<p>Standard HIIT workouts break the intervals into periods of high-intensity exercise and recovery periods. Throughout the entire workout these interval periods are repeated, and the routines include both a warm-up before the workout and a cool-down after the workout.</p>
<p>In order to get the most physical fitness from your workouts and decrease the chances of getting board, it is wise to have a workout routine that includes a lot of variations. HIIT workouts follow this same principle, so it is important to know some variations you can include.</p>
<p>The Ladder: Start with a set recovery period of 30 seconds, then hit the intensity for a 15 second sprint. That's one rung of the ladder. For rung number two, increase the sprint time by 5 seconds to 20. The next rung, 25, the next 30. You get the pattern. Keep going until you get to 45 seconds of the highest intensity you can handle. Now work your way back down the ladder, decreasing 5 seconds on each rung of the ladder until you get back to where you began--15 seconds. Remember to alternate with the 30 seconds of recovery between each interval of greater intensity.</p>
<p>Short Ladder: This is similar to the basic Ladder, only you use fewer rungs and have longer intervals.</p>
<p>Recovery Ladder: With this workout, the sprint period is stagnant, but the recovery period decreases by 10 seconds on each rung of the ladder until you get down to 10 seconds of resting time. Then work your way back up 10 seconds of recovery per rung until you arrive at your starting point, all the while keeping the periods of high intensity the same.</p>
<p>Set Distance: You can choose your sprint session to be based on distance rather than time. This is extremely effective when you are working out in the pool, but can also be used when walking or running. However, the interval will remain a set period of time, for example you could use one minute. The key would be that during that minute you will sprint your chosen distance, and then rest for the duration of the minute. Then you will repeat the process.</p>
<p>The interesting thing about this methos is that when you go faster you will be rewarded with a longer recovery period, yet as you continue the workout you will begin to fatigue and find that it will take you longer to reach the set distance goal.</p>

<p>Make sure to eat lots of foods containing protein. Protein is a major factor in your ability to grow your muscles. Protein will allow you to have more energy and thus will allow you to work out for longer periods of times.</p>
<p>One thing you should always do is make sure that you don't exercise too much. Every once in awhile I see some young guys at the gym who are simply working out too much! They work out every day and don't allow their muscles to rest like they need to in order to grow.</p>

<p>Your exercise journal should be a detailed record of the muscle group trained, specific exercises, and how many reps you performed. As an example, you might train your biceps using arm extensions and dips. A typical journal entry would look like this: Triceps- Dips (6 reps), Arm Extensions (12 reps). Also, you should record the time of your total workout and each movement.</p>
<p>The more information you include, the more you will be able to analyze your progress. If you are just beginning with fitness over 40, there is no such thing as too many details. Eventually, you learn how you body responds to strength training and will be able to recognize which information is most helpful to modify your entries accordingly.</p>

<p>Bodybuilders often chronicle their nutrition in their journals as well, including daily amounts of carbs, proteins, and fat. If you are bodybuilding over 40 this will be important because of your changing metabolism. You should also track the amount of calories you consume and when. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ensuring that you give your body the fuel it needs to build muscle is an important part of bodybuilding. Eating to build muscle is just as important as your weight lifting program or other bodybuilding routines.</p>
<p>Lifting weights in the gym forced your muscles to work, but guess what? Working your muscles uses considerable energy, and energy is supplied by your food. Correct nutrition also helps heal muscle injury that often occurs while you are working out. You may not even know you have caused injury to your muscles, but your body knows, and your body needs fuel from food that helps build muscle in order to repair that muscle.</p>
<p>Food that helps build muscle - what it is? Well, to begin with, protein. Protein is probably the most important nutritional component in a muscle building program. You probably thought the most important component was cutting out fat, in order to reduce your body fat, didn't you? Well, it is not. Protein is essential. Without protein, your body withers away to nothing. So make sure you include protein foods that build muscle such as chicken, lean beef, eggs, fish (don't like fresh fish? Try canned tuna - it's perfect), and cheese.</p>
<p>Figuring out how much protein you should be eating can be tricky. Too much protein is bad for your health, and puts a strain on your system. But you need to eat a lot of protein and not much else for that to happen. Ask at your gym as to your daily protein requirement. It depends on your weight, and on your lean mass weight (basically the weight of all your bones and organs, minus all body fat).</p>
<p>Carbohydrates are also important foods that build muscle - or rather carbs are important components of foods that build muscle. Choose foods that are high in carbohydrates that are also high in fibre - oatmeal, rice, and potato are all good.</p>
<p>Fats need to be reduced when you are consider what foods build muscle mass. Fat can never be eliminated completely (and nor should you try to do this), but reducing fat can have a healthy effect on your attempts to build muscle mass. Most foods that contain protein also contains fat, so when choosing your proteins, providing you opt for the ones that are low in fat, you will be on the right track.</p>
<p>You may argue that drinking has no effect on what to eat to build muscle. But you would be wrong. Hydration is critical to general health and wellbeing. Even more so when you are working to build muscle mass.</p>
<p>Two litres of water a day is what most experts recommend to maintain optimal health. To drink that amount, you need to drink up to 12 glasses of water a day, which is quite a lot. So start early in the day, and space your water consumption out throughout the day.</p>
<p>Foods that build muscle are one of the two essential components to having the body of your dreams. The other component is your weight training program or other type of bodybuilding workouts that you engage in regularly. Just because you have found foods that build muscle does not mean you can start to slack off with your weight training.</p>

<p>Although many skin care ranges claim to cater for different skin types - oily skin, dry skin and combination skin - it is unfortunately true that there is commonly little between these different solutions.</p>
<p>The hormonal changes that occur in our bodies as we reach puberty mean that it is very common to have an oily skin type at this age. Generally, for most of us, our skin tends to dry out as we get older as the production of sebum oil reaches a high during adolescence and slowly decreases with age, this may be an advantage for those of us who suffer with an oily skin type. Hormonal imbalances during the menopause and pregnancy means that some women may experience an increase in the level of sebum oil produced at this time.</p>
<p>Many people have skin that is oily in certain regions of the face, generally the facial area we refer to as the T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin), and dry or normal in others. This skin type is generally referred to as combination skin.</p>
<p>Oily and combination skin types are mainly influenced by: Skin care products and cosmetics Hormone levels Pregnancy and brith control pills Heredity Humidity and hot weather</p>
<p>Effective cleansing for Oily Skin Avoid clean creams since they are often too heavy on the skin, instead, try a lightly medicated lotion or a lightly medicated soap. Oil-based products are quite effective in removing excess sebum although it may seem counter-productive to use an oil-based product on what is already oily skin.</p>
<p>Oily skin requires careful cleansing with warm water to prevent the pores from being clogged. As already mentioned above, avoid harsh products that will strip your skin of oil since this can bring about a reaction known as reactive seborrhoea, where the sebaceous glands increase production in response to the loss of natural oils. Avoid alcohol-based products since these tend to strip too much oil from the skin. Try and limit the number of times you wash each day since overwashing can bring about reactive seborrhoea. While products that tend to leave oily skin feeling dry may seem beneficial, this can actually be detrimental since it can cause the upper layers of the skin to shrink which restricts oil flow through the pores leading to blockages and complications of the pores.</p>
<p>Oily skin treatment When cleansing, massage your face with your fingertips, using an outward and upward motion, and take care not to rub soap into the skin since this can increase the risk of clogging. If your skin is also scaly as well as oily, then you might want to try a deep-cleaning exfolient a couple of times a week. Choose an oil-free moisturizer for a shine-free complexion.</p>
<p>Before you apply your foundation for oily skin, it is a good idea to use an antiseptic day cream with active ingredients that diminish sebaceous secretions. Benzyl peroxide is an effective agent for this so look out for oily skin care products that include this in their list of active ingredients.</p>

<p>Dr Siegal's Cookie Diet is a low calorie diet plan created by Doctor Sanford Siegal in 1975. Siegal came up with the cookie diet while researching methods of controlling hunger for obese patients visiting his medical practice in Miami, Florida. While researching natural appetite suppressants Siegal developed a secret amino acid protein blend. He used this to create an oatmeal raisin cookie and instructed his patients to consume six cookies each day. They would then consume a cup of vegetables and a protein at dinnertime. According to Siegal, patients who followed the diet plan were able to lose between 12 and 15 pounds during their first month on the program. </p>
<p>With his success, Siegal opened up more practices and created the cookies for his patients and several hundred other doctors. But for most of the programs 30 odd years of history, it was not available to the public. From 2002 until 2006, the cookies were sold through a weight management center franchise, until the partnership ended. Then Siegal launched a national marketing campaign offering the product to consumers online, by phone and in stores. According to Dr. Siegal, over 500,000 people have tried the diet.</p>
<p>Nutrition Facts</p>
<p>Currently there are five flavors of cookies sold in the Dr Siegal's Cookie Diet: chocolate, oatmeal raisin, blueberry, banana and coconut. Cookies are 90 calories and dieters eat six cookies a day for a total of 540 calories. Each cookie contains 2.5 grams of fat, 5 grams of protein and a small amount of calcium and iron. Ingredients include: wheat, flour, milk, eggs, sugar and other ingredients typically found in baked goods. Siegal's original amino acid formula is still included in each cookie and remains a secret. </p>
<p>The product line-up grew to include shakes in the following flavors: pina colada, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and creme brulee.  The shakes also contain the amino acid blend so they do offer the appetite suppression benefits.  . Each shake contains 140 calories, 1 gram of fat, 12 grams of protein and 9 grams of sugar.</p>
<p>Several books by Dr. Siegal, green tea, water and a multivitamin blend are also sold as part of the diet. None of these products however, contains the hunger suppressing amino acids. </p>
<p>Price &amp; Comparison</p>
<p>Each box contains seven bags of cookies and each bag contains 6 cookies which is enough to last for one week.  Each box costs sixty dollars so a 1 month supply will run roughly two hundred and forty dollars.  The shakes and the cookies cost about the same and when compared to other MRP (meal replacement programs) such as Medifast and Nutrisystem (which run $300 to $350 a month respectively) they are a little more affordable. Although the cookies are a little cheaper, the program is still expensive when taking into consideration how much healthy groceries can be purchased for $240.  </p>
<p>Customer Feedback &amp; Warnings</p>
<p>The overall consensus is that the cookie can help most people lose weight.  Medical experts and dietitians, however, argue that anyone can lose weight when the program being used offers 1,000 daily calories or less.  Medical experts also agree that a daily caloric intake of 1,000 calories or less is too low and considered unsafe due to potential side effects.  The cookie diet also lacks variety which makes it challenging for people to continue the program for an extended period of time.  With almost no veggies or fruits (for the exception of the portions eaten at dinner) this program makes it very difficult to maintain nutritional guidelines. Some consumers complained how difficult it was to transition from the cookies back to regular eating habits.</p>

<p>Saturday afternoon, a big bag of potato chips and a big stack of Baywatch DVDs. Sounds like the perfect afternoon? Well take a few minutes to pry your eyes away from ladies in red fitting spandex swimsuits to check your chest if you are not growing a pair to match Pamela Anderson's. A lot of men don't realize that their gut is not the only part of their body that grows when they get fat. I bet you would not dare picture yourself running slow motion on the shore with your man boobs jiggling all over the place. </p>
<p>Gynecomastia or man boobs often develop because of fat. Imagine your body filled with deflated balloons for fat storage, as you eat fatty foods these balloons inflate as excess fat is stored. It starts with your gut, your extremities, your behind, and sooner or later your breasts. Guys can't have breasts for obvious reasons. But how do you get rid of man boobs? You could easily achieve this goal by avoiding a can of soda which is about 200 calories and a slice of pizza which is about 300 calories.
